Hon. Dominic Gyasi Engages Six Communities During Municipal Tour

The Municipal Chief Executive for Sefwi Wiawso, Hon. Dominic Gyasi, embarked on a community engagement tour on Thursday, 27 August 2026, to interact with residents and gain a firsthand understanding of the challenges facing their communities. The tour provided residents and community leaders with an opportunity to present their concerns, needs and development priorities directly to the MCE.

During the tour, Hon. Dominic Gyasi visited:

1. Tutu Camp

2. Odjobikrom

3. Aboagyekrom

4. Gyampokrom

5. Amankwakrom

6. Brekuline

Hon. Dominic Gyasi listened to residents and community leaders as they discussed the issues affecting their communities. He also engaged them on possible ways the Municipal Assembly could work with the communities to address their concerns.

The MCE assured residents that the Assembly remains committed to working closely with them to support local development and improve living conditions across the Municipality.

He encouraged residents to continue supporting community development initiatives and to maintain open communication with the Municipal Assembly.

The engagement forms part of efforts to strengthen the relationship between the Assembly and residents while ensuring that community priorities are properly understood and considered.
